Der Kakao für diese dunkle Schokolade kommt aus Paraiso im Südwesten der Dominikanischen Republik. BhonaCao ist Bio zertifiziert und legt Wert darauf, die Welt ein Stückchen besser zu machen. Sie spenden 10% des Gewinns an soziale und Umweltinitiativen. Zum Beispiel werden Schulen in der Dominikanischen Republik finanziell unterstützt, so dass Schulbücher gekauft werden können.

Definite Chocolate verarbeitet den Kakao zu einer 90% dunklen Schokoladen mit nur zwei Zutaten: Kakao und Rohrzucker, sonst nichts. Trotz des hohen Kakaogehalts schmeckt die Schokolade mild und hat fruchtige und nussige Noten.

Bei der Academy of Chocolate hat die Schokolade 2023 eine Silber Medaille gewonnen.
