Definite Chocolate
Definite Chocolate wurde von Jens Kamin gegründet, nachdem er sein Hobby zum Beruf gemacht hat.
Definite Chocolate was founded by Jens Kamin after he turned his hobby into his profession. Like so many others, he was infected by the chocolate virus when he tried artisan Bean-To-Bar Chocolate for the first time. Starting out as a hobby in his basement, he expanded his production when he moved to the Dominican Republic. He makes his Chocolate and Pralines exclusively from local cocoa from the Dominican Republic. You will hear familiar names such as Öko Caribe, Zorzal, Finca Elvesia or Bhonacao. The Dominican Republic was the first country in the world to grow Organic cocoa.
He has already won several prizes at the International Chocolate Awards, the Academy of Chocolate and Paris Gourmet. His own favorite chocolate is the Crunchy Cassava, as he told me during my visit in September 2024.
Definite Chocolate hat schon einige Preise bei den International Chocolate Awards, der Academy of Chocolate und Paris Gourmet gewonnen.
