Diese Schokolade wurde mit Rum von Brugal verfeinert. Lassen Sie diese Tafel langsam auf der Zunge zergehen und genießen Sie den Geschmack des Rums.

Brugal ist ein absolut einzigartiger Rum aus der Dominikanischen Republik, der nach seinem visionären Firmengründer "Don Andrés Brugal Montaner" benannt ist. Das Rezept wurde bereits 1888 von Don Andrés entwickelt. Seitdem wird es von der Brugal Familie mit viel Liebe und Hingabe weiterentwickelt und verfeinert.

Der Kakao für diese Schokolade kommt von der Finca Elvesia, einer Plantage aus dem 19. Jahrhundert im Nordosten der Dominikanischen Republik. Die Plantage wurde im 19. Jahrhundert gegründet und war damals die größte Kakaoplantage in der Karibik. Sie hatte sogar ein eigenes Eisenbahnsystem um den Kakao zum Hafen zu transportieren.
