Edelweiße Schokolade - Fine white chocolate with reduced sugar

with vanilla

The white chocolate is an experiment. Josef Zotter only adds half of the usual sugar addition to the chocolate and prefers to use more milk powder and a hint of vanilla instead.
With a very high proportion of 40% pure cocoa butter, 35% mountain milk and only 25% raw cane sugar Contains much less sugar and much more cocoa butter than standard white chocolate.

The whole milk powder comes from the organic mountain farmers "Bio vom Berg". The cocoa butter and raw cane sugar come from fair trade.

Try the edelweiss chocolate with a little sugar yourself, you will be pleasantly surprised.
