Die Single Estate Schokolade Solomon Islands, Makira Island mit 75% Kakaogehalt wird in England von Firetree hergestellt. Früher hieß die Insel San Cristóbal, ist ca. 3.000 km² groß und hat 55.000 Einwohner. Die Bohnen kommen von einer einzelnen Farm, wo sie sorgsam fermentiert und getrocknet werden.

Firetree röstet die Bohnen vorsichtig, um die Aromen hervorzuheben. Die Aromen der Schokolade reichen von Honig, süßer Grapefrucht bis hin zu gerösteten Mandeln.

Die Schokolade ist für Veganer geeignet, Halal und Kosher zertifiziert.
