The single estate Chocolate Solomon Islands, Makira Island with 75% cocoa content is produced in England by Firetree. The island used to be called San Cristóbal, is approx. 3,000 km² in size and has 55,000 inhabitants. The beans come from a single farm, where they are carefully fermented and dried.

Firetree the beans are carefully roasted to bring out the aromas. The flavors of Chocolate range from honey and sweet grapefruit to roasted almonds.

The Chocolate is suitable for vegans, Halal and Kosher certified.
