Single Estate Chocolate Philippines, Mindanao Island 73% cocoa content. The chocolate has notes of red fruit, lemon, caramel and honey.

It received 1 star at the Great Taste Awards in England in 2022.

The cocoa beans are sourced directly from the farmer who carefully ferments and dries the beans. Firetree roasts the beans gently to enhance the natural flavors.

The company got its name Firetree because the cocoa pods with their red-orange color are affectionately called Firetree.
