The 91% Almendra Blanca Mexico Organic Chocolate made from Almendra Blanca cocoa from Mexico is a limited edition, as the cocoa is extremely rare. With 91% cocoa content, the Chocolate is very light in color and extremely mild in taste, which is due to the cocoa variety.

The cocoa comes from the Agrofloresta agroforestry system in Teapa, Tabasco, México. The founders are reforesting pastureland and transforming it into sustainable and economical agroforestry systems to revitalize the soil and help local farmers. In addition to cocoa, other crops such as coffee, vanilla and cinnamon are also grown. Cocoa has been grown continuously in the Tabasco region for over 4,000 years. Since the invasion of Cortes at the latest, cocoa from Mesoamerica has become a gift to the world. You will find a gift here in the form of this Chocolate bar.

The Georgia Ramon chocolate factory has been based in Soest since the beginning of 2024 and is run by a team of four.
