Die 91% Almendra Blanca Mexico Bio Schokolade aus Almendra Blanca Kakao aus Mexico ist eine limitierte Auflage, da der Kakao extrem selten ist. Mit 91% Kakaogehalt ist die Schokolade farblich sehr hell und geschmacklich extrem mild, was an der Kakaosorte liegt.

Der Kakao kommt aus dem Agroforst System Agrofloresta in Teapa, Tabasco, México. Die Gründer forsten Weideland auf und verwandeln diese in nachhaltige und wirtschaftliche Agroforstsysteme, um den Boden wiederzubeleben und den Bauern vor Ort gezielt helfen zu können. Es werden neben Kakao auch andere Nutzpflanzen wie zum Beispiel Kaffee, Vanille oder Zimt angebaut. In der Region von Tabasco wird schon seit über 4.000 Jahren ununterbrochen Kakao angebaut. Spätestens seit dem Einmarsch von Cortes wurde der Kakao aus Mesoamerika zum Geschenk an die Welt. Ein Geschenk finden Sie hier in Form dieser Tafel Schokolade.
