Die Honigpralinen werden mit 50% Honig hergestellt und mit Kaffeeextrakt und etwas Alkohol verfeinert. Die Zartbitterschokolade hat 60% Kakaogehalt.

Der Lindenblütenhonig ist sehr cremig und hat einen leicht herben Geschmack. Die Pralinen sind nur mit dem Honig gesüßt und der Schokolade, ansonsten ohne Industriezucker hergestellt.
