Die Honigpralinen werden mit 60% Honig hergestellt und mit Zitronenarom verfeinert. Die einzige Honigpraline in weißer Schokolade..

Der Lindenblütenhonig ist sehr cremig und hat einen leicht herben Geschmack. Die Pralinen sind nur mit dem Honig gesüßt und der Schokolade, ansonsten ohne Industriezucker hergestellt.

Die Praline ist alkoholfrei.
