Eine warmer Brownie mit einem kalten Glas Milch. So beschreibt Latitude Craft Chocolate seine eigene 49% dunkle Bean-to-Bar Schokolade vom Breitengrad 0 aus Uganda's Hauptstadt Kampala.

Die Schokolade hat nur drei Zutaten: Kakaobohnen, Milchpulver und Rohrzucker.

Die Verpackung ist grün mit einem Riedbock und Rundbogen und Blumen verziert. Fast schon naive Malerei. Auf der Innenseite wird der Herstellungsprozess von der Kakaobohne bis zur Tafel beschrieben.

Die Schokolade wird in Afrika hergestellt aus Kakaobohnen, die gleich aus der Nachbarschaft von mehr als 2.500 Kleinbauerfamilien kommen. Latitude Craft Chocolate gehört zu den B-Corporations, weg vom Shareholder hin zum Stakeholder.
