The cocoa is sourced directly from David Kebu's family farm on the island of Guadalcanal in the South Pacific Solomon Islands.

Surprisingly mild flavors for a 100% Chocolate. Intense cocoa notes, with undertones of red fruit and citrus. This bar contains only one ingredient - cocoa - and is therefore rich in antioxidants, flavanoids and minerals. Intense but not drying, with pleasant dark tones, an aromatic taste and an underlying citrus note. Sugar free.
