Der Kakao wird direkt von der Familienfarm von David Kebu von der Insel Guadalcanal der südpazifischen Salomon-Inseln bezogen.

Überraschend milde Geschmacksnoten für eine 100% Schokolade. Intensive Kakaonoten, mit Untertönen von roten Früchten und Zitrusfrüchten. Diese Tafel enthält nur eine einzige Zutat - Kakao - und ist daher reich an Antioxidantien, Flavanoiden und Mineralien. Intensiv, aber nicht austrocknend, mit angenehmen dunklen Tönen, einem aromatischen Geschmack und einer unterschwelligen Zitrusnote. Ohne Zucker.
