Diese Kreation, wird von Marou als die "authentischste vietnamesische weiße Schokolade der Welt" bezeichnet, denn sie wird mit der seltenen Premium-Vanille aus der vietnamesischen Provinz Ba Ria hergestellt und mit Kakaobutter aus sechs verschiedenen Regionen Vietnams. Das Ergebnis ist herrlich cremig: Ihre Geschmacksnerven werden von der süße Aroma der Vanilleschoten und einer Fülle von Aromen umschmeichelt. Der Kakao ist nur leicht gesüßt und entfaltet sein volles Aroma.

Unserer Meinung nach passt es gut zu würzigem Rum, Amaro, Wermut und Braunbier.

Jahrelang habe ich vannillisierte Produkte gemieden, da der Geschmack zu penetrant und zu einheitlich künstlich war.
Die vietnamesische Vanille in diesem auch zuckerreduzierten Produkt ist eine Offenbarung ( wie Vanille schmecken kann)!
