Die Kakaobohnen für diese dunkle Milchschokolade kommen aus Berau in der Provinz Kalimantan Timur im Nordosten der Hauptinsel von Indonesien. Die östliche Seite grenzt an das Meer.

Die Schokolade ist:

Melanum bedeutet auf indonesisch Tagträumen. Karen Lena Gründler will mit ihren Schokoladen Genuss vermitteln und zum Verweilen einladen. Sie stellt alle Tafeln in ihrer kleinen Manufaktur in der Wedemark von der Bohne bis zur Tafel mit viel Liebe und handwerklichem Know How her. Für Ihren Hochgenuss sind in jeder Packung zwei dünnen Tafeln, die zart auf Ihrem Gaumen schmelzen. Die Verpackung ist plastikfrei. Made in Hannover von Karen Lena Gründler.
