Der Kakao kommt aus der Region Guémon, im Westen der Elfenbeinküste. Die Kakaoschoten werden von mehreren Kakaobauerfamilien zum Sammelplatz gebraucht, wo sie fermentiert und getrocknet werden.

Verarbeitet wird der Kakao von der Bohne bis zur Tafel bei Morin. Verpackt ist das Kakaopulver in einer Metalldose mit Zwischendeckel zum Wiederverschliesßen.

Das Rezept für eine Trinkschokolade: zwei Kaffeelöffel Kakaopulver in 200ml heiße Milch auflösen, umrühren und genießen.

Geniessen Sie die Trinkschokolade bzw. das 100% Pur Cacao Côte d' Ivoire Guémon reines Kakaopulver auch als Eischschokolade mit z.B. einer Kugel Vanilleeis.
