Weiße Schokolade »Sea Salted Toffee«

Es geht wirklich nichts über gute Karamellschokolade, aber die Herstellung der perfekten Karamellschokolade kann knifflig sein und Omnom hat Jahre gebraucht, um diesen Geschmack zu erreichen.

Zunächst wird die Milch gebacken, bis sie eine dunkle Farbe annimmt und karamellisiert. Das Aroma erinnert an "Dulce de leche". Um die Karamell-Schokolade zu perfektionieren, kam noch Meersalz von Saltverk darüber und voila, die perfekte cremige Karamellschokolade, Sea Salted Toffee.
