Paradai Red Pod-Chocolate is obtained from a unique variety of cocoa beans from Nakhon Si Thammarat, Thailand. These rare "Red Pod" pods make up only a small part of the total harvest. Paradai carefully selects these beans and processes them independently, resulting in a distinctive flavor profile. You will notice notes of citrus, sour cherry, lychee and a subtle sweetness reminiscent of honey. This Red Pod-Chocolate offers a unique and unforgettable experience.
