Michel Cluizel discovered the Los Anconès plantation in the northeast of the island of Santo Domingo , in the heart of the Caribbean. The Rizek family has been growing excellent cocoa beans here in beautiful surroundings since 1903. After intensive processing, these beans develop their exciting aromas of liquorice, red fruits and green olives in the chocolate , all with a transition to flavors of currants and apricots. It has an intense taste and will immediately convince not only dark chocolate lovers, but all chocolate lovers. This bean-to-bar chocolate is an organic chocolate with a cocoa content of 67%, contains no milk and is therefore "automatically" vegan.

Kaufempfehlung

Diese Schokolade von Michel Cluizel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Ich habe ihn zusammen mit der Vila Gracinda gekauft, um sie einfach mal zu probieren.
Es ist erstaunlich wie unterschiedlich zwei Schokoladen mit dem gleichen Kakaoanteil sein können. Beide sind zart abgerundet und voll im Geschmack.
