Pure cocoa powder, nothing else.

Suitable for drinking chocolate or for baking and cooking. The cocoa powder is slightly de-oiled , so it has retained about half of the cocoa butter.

Recipe: cocoa powder dissolves faster in hot milk than in cold milk, but both are possible. Stir 1-2 teaspoons of cocoa powder into a cup of milk. If you like, add sugar or honey to sweeten or enjoy pure.
