Kakaopuder aus Madagaskar - 100% Kakao

Reines Kakaopulver, sonst nichts.

Geeignet für Trinkschokolade oder zum Backen und Kochen. Das Kakaopulver ist schwach entölt, hat also noch ungefähr die Hälfte der Kakaobutter behalten.

Rezept: in heißer Milch löst sich Kakaopulver schneller auf als in kalter Milch, es geht jedoch beides. In eine Tasse Milch 1-2 Teelöffel Kakaopulver einrühren. Nach Belieben Zucker oder Honig zum Süßen dazugeben oder pur genießen.

Francois Pralus Cacao Poudre Plantation - 100% reines Kakaopulver wird in der Manufaktur von Pralus in Roanne verarbeitet.
