78% Tanzania Kokoa Kamili BIO Schokolade

Bean-To-Bar Chocolate

This dark Bean-To-Bar chocolate is made in Italy. The 78% origin chocolate is made from directly traded cocoa beans and is Organic certified.

The cocoa beans are of very good quality and are grown and cared for by a cooperative of 2,000 cocoa farming families. It is a Trinitario cacao with genetic impacts from Criollo, Amelonado and Nacional cacao.

The cacao has aromas of citrus, passion fruit, red berries, cream, flowers and notes of nuts on the finish.

The chocolate is of course vegan.
