Tocache Peru 75% dark premium chocolate

Tocache is a province in the San Martin region of southwest Peru. It is separated from the coastal areas by the Andes; the region itself is between 400 and 450 meters above sea level. The climate here is hot and humid. The daytime temperatures rise to up to 35 degrees Celsius. Abundant rainfall has a beneficial effect on the plants in the region. In the 1980s, Tocache was freed by drug barons who grow coca in the countryside. Today Tocache is a quiet place; the locals practice agriculture and ranching. There are numerous cocoa plantations throughout the province.

Preparation

mixed
one tablespoon (20-30 gr) of chocolate with 0.2 or 0.3 l of hotter Milk / water, either in a mixer or with a hand mixer.

Creamy mixture
Heat 100-150 ml of cream with 33% fat, add a tablespoon of chocolate, stir well or puree with a hand blender

cool
Prepare hot chocolate in the normal way with or without milk, let it cool in the fridge and serve with ice or ice cream.
