Creamy and with a biscuit flavor: The white chocolate has a creamy, seductive consistency. The intense and not very sweet biscuit notes go over to lush biscuit notes with a hint of salt.

How this taste miracle came about: During a patisserie demonstration, Valrhona's creative director Frédéric Bau left white chocolate in a water bath for too long. When he noticed it, he noticed that the chocolate had turned blond and gave off a delicate scent of toasted shortcrust pastry and caramelized milk. It took 8 years of research and development to perfect a unique recipe that opened up a whole new world of creations and flavors and to create the Dulcey as we know it today.

Or as we always say: the burnt white chocolate. We need a lot of this Blond Dulcey 35% : there is always a sack with the boss in the office to snack on ...
