We present: White Yuzu Chocolate. As part of the Japanese-inspired range by Mikkels, we have his classic white chocolate, made from Ecuadorian cocoa butter, milk and cane sugar, with dried Japanese yuzu. The combination with the yuzu is beautiful and unique. No standard citric acid, but a much more complex aroma than lemon. The yuzu adds a fruity, tangy citrus flavor to the rich and creamy white chocolate. It is immediately clear that you can taste the peel and not the juice. We think it's very successful.
