Diese wundervolle 100% Schokolade wird in Österreich hergestellt, als Bean to Bar Schokolade. Zart Pralinen bekommt die Kakaobohnen aus Nicaragua aus La Dalia in der Region Matagalpa, nordöstlich von der Hauptstadt Manaugua. Die Schokolade ist eine Herkunftsschokolade.

Die Kakaobohnen sind Heirloom Bohnen, d.h. sie haben eine besonders gute Qualität. Sie sind alte Kulturpflanzen und werden sorgsam behandelt und bekommen so herausragende Aromen.

Die Kakaosorte Tenor hat Noten von Rotwein, Holz, Orange und Blumen. Probieren Sie!

Nicaragua gehört seit 2015 zu den 10 Ländern, in denen Fine Flavour Cacao wächst und zu 100% exportiert wird. Die World Cocoa Organization (ICCO) hat dies im Mai 2016 bestätigt.
