This wonderful 100% chocolate is made in Austria as bean to bar chocolate . The cocoa beans from Nicaragua get tender pralines from La Dalia in the Matagalpa region , northeast of the capital Manaugua. The chocolate is a chocolate of origin.

The cocoa beans are heirloom beans , which means they are of particularly good quality. They are old cultivated plants and are treated with care, giving them outstanding aromas.

Tenor cocoa has notes of red wine, wood, orange and flowers. Try it!

Nicaragua has been one of the 10 countries where Fine Flavor Cacao grows and is 100% exported. The World Cocoa Organization (ICCO) confirmed this in May 2016.
