Die Sanduku ist eine dunkle, starke und intensive, aber erkennbare Schokolade! Diese kastenfermentierte Version unserer Uganda-Kollektion ist ziemlich spezifisch und ein Muss, um zu prüfen, ob Sie sie mögen oder nicht. Vergleichen Sie diese kastenfermentierte Version mit der haufenfermentierte Schokolade.

Diese Schokolade wird aus ugandischer Schokolade von Semcu hergestellt, Das ITC-Projekt ist in afrikanischen Ländern aktiv, um Kakaobauern bei der Verbesserung ihrer Produkte zu helfen. Fantastisch!
Wir sind an dem ugandischen Projekt beteiligt und haben 2 Protokolle für Semcu entwickelt: einen kastenfermentierten Kakao und einen haufenfermentierten Kakao. ZOTO hat daraus 2 Schokoladen hergestellt, von denen eine die regionale Mischung Sanduku ist.
