The 65% dark milk chocolate from Choconuva is made exclusively from cocoa beans from Colombia . The criollo beans come from the west of Colombia, from the Hacienda Betulia, about 350 km west of the capital Bogota.

The Bean-to-Bar chocolate is made without additional cocoa butter in order to bring out the original taste of the cocoa. The cocoa is ground on stone rollers for 48 hours. The chocolate has notes of tobacco, balsamic and exotic fruits with slightly peppery notes.

The 35g bar is one Chocolate of origin whose cocoa beans are imported directly by Choconuva.

The intense and strong taste of cocoa is reminiscent of notes of dark fruits.

The 65% Dark Milk Chocolate handcrafted, a dark one Choconuva chocolate is packed in coated paper packaging.
