Diese Schokolade wird aus Chuncho Kakaobohnen aus der Regin Cusco in der Nähe vom Machu Picchu gefertigt. Chuncho ist eine der ältesten und aromareichsten Kakaosorten der Welt. Er ist sehr fruchtig und erinnert an Zitrusfrucht, Rosinen und Haselnuss. Er wächst in den abgelegenen Tälern im Süden Perus in den Bergen auf 3.500 m Höhe in sehr unzugänglichen Gebieten.
