74% Cacao mit Kakaonibs - Schokolade aus Peru

Die dunkle Schokolade 74% Cacao + Cacao Nibs von Dos Estaciones wird aus BIO Kakaobohnen von der Farm Fundo Qoya in Chazuta Peru hergestellt.

Die Schokolade wird in Beilngries in Bayern von Corinna und Alex Camacho Angeles in liebevoller Handarbeit hergestellt. Sie importieren die Kakaobohnen selbst direkt aus Chazuta und verarbeiten sie von der Bohne bis zur Tafel im Bean-to-Bar Verfahren.

Die beiden haben für Ihre Schokolade sowohl bei der Academy of Chocolate als auch den International Chocolate Awards schon Preise gewonnen. Probieren lohnt sich.
