The dark chocolate 74% Cacao + Cacao Nibs from Dos Estaciones is made from Organic cocoa beans from the Fundo Qoya farm in Chazuta Peru.

The Chocolate is lovingly handcrafted in Beilngries, Bavaria by Corinna and Alex Camacho Angeles. They import the cocoa beans themselves directly from Chazuta and process it from bean to bar in the Bean-To-Bar process.

The two have already won prizes for their Chocolate at both Academy of Chocolate and International Chocolate Awards. It's worth trying.
