Honduras Mayan Red Milk 61% is a creamy milk chocolate with a high cocoa content made from the Criollo bean from Honduras, notes of blueberries, blueberries and dark fruits. A wonderfully complex milk chocolate made from fine Honduran cocoa beans. Fine and rare direct traded cocoa beans from a single source in Honduras are carefully roasted and then stone ground for three days to develop and mature all of the beans' subtle flavors. The result is delicious!

A smooth, balanced, strong milk chocolate with a hint of sweet currants & blueberries and an aftertaste of dark treacle.

Duffy's Chocolate is an English manufacturer that only processes the best, unroasted cocoa beans itself and produces bean-to-bar in small batches by hand. The chocolate has won several awards.

At the International Chocolate Awards 2018 Europe , the chocolate received gold for the best chocolate in the dark milk chocolate category (50% and more) .
