Weiße, vegane Schokolade: "Havregrot & Kanel" ist eine cremige weiße Schokolade mit knusprigem Haferflocken, Zucker und einer Prise Zimt, inspiriert von den traditionellen norwegischen Haferflocken. Die Schokolade ist vegan und glutenfrei.

Fjak wurde 2017 in Eidfjord in Hardanger von den Damen Agur Concellon und Siv Hereid gegründet, die mit Ihrer Leidenschaft für Schokolade eine norwegische Variante der internationalen Bewegung für Qualitätsschokolade schaffen wollten. Fjåk Sjokolade ist einer der ersten norwegischen Schokoladenhersteller, die handwerkliche Schokolade (Craft Chocoolate) von Grund auf herstellt, beginnend mit Kakaobohnen aus speziell ausgewählten Ursprüngen. Alle Fjak Single-Origin-Tafeln werden nur aus Kakaobohnen, Zucker und Kakaobutter hergestellt und sind frei von Soja, Lecithin, Milchprodukten, Eiern und Gluten. Ohne Zusatz von Vanille.
