This dark milk chocolate is a very creamy bar. It offers the fruitiness of Bejofo Estate cocoa with flavors of citrus and cherries and blend with an aftertaste of caramel.

The cocoa beans come from the Åkesson plantation in the Sambirano Valley in northwestern Madagascar. The Ambolikapiky plantation is part of Bertil Åkesson's 2000 ha Organic-certified Bejofo estate. Bertil's Akesson beans are famous in the world of artisanal chocolate. They have produced countless award-winning bars and have won many awards themselves. They typically impart a fruity flavor profile to the bars. We always enjoy seeing the new ways manufacturers find to bring out their best.
