Diese dunkle Milchschokolade ist eine sehr cremige Tafel. Sie bietet die Fruchtigkeit des Bejofo Estate Kakaos mit Aromen von Zitrusfrüchten und Kirschen und verschmelzen mit einem Nachgeschmack von Karamell.

Die Kakaobohnen stammen von der Åkesson-Plantage im Sambirano-Tal im Nordwesten Madagaskars. Die Ambolikapiky-Plantage ist Teil von Bertil Åkessons 2000 ha großem, Bio-zertifiziertem Bejofo-Anwesen. Die Bohnen von Bertils Akesson sind in der Welt der handwerklichen hergestellten Schokolade berühmt. Sie haben unzählige preisgekrönte Tafeln hervorgebracht und selbst viele Preise gewonnen. Sie verleihen den Tafeln in der Regel ein fruchtiges Geschmacksprofil. Es macht uns immer wieder Freude, zu sehen, welche neuen Möglichkeiten die Hersteller finden, um ihr Bestes herauszuholen.
