Anh Em Cacao Co. was founded in 2017 by school friends Truong Minh Thang and Nguyen Duy Thong, who share a passion for cocoa and Chocolate. Anh means "big brother," Em "little sibling." Together, they researched microbial biodiversity and post-harvest processes to optimize the flavor potential of cacao beans. This cacao formed the basis for some of the award-winning chocolates Truong and Nguyen began producing with their Tbros brand. Proud of the quality they were able to achieve with the farmers, and eager to further support the producers and their communities, Anh Em exported these beans to Europe and the rest of the world.
