Yamasá 100% Cocoa mass République Dominicaine Organic

Organic Chocolate, Bean-To-Bar

This dark chocolate from A. Morin is made from Trinitario cocoa beans from the northwest of the country. The Dominican Republic has a tropical climate with high humidity, ideal temperatures for cacao. Even in winter, the temperature does not drop below 16°C. The cacao has beautiful fruity notes and characteristic notes of cocoa and a hint of caramel.

The cocoa beans are carefully sorted on site and later roasted, broken and conched at Morin, then poured into Chocolate bar. Chocolaterie A. Morin has been around for 4 generations and was founded in 1884.

The Chocolate is a Bean-To-Bar Chocolate and a single origin Chocolate or origin chocolate.
