This 85% chocolate is made from cocoa beans by a sustainable cooperative in the jungle of Pangoa in Peru . Mark Gerrits processes the cocoa beans from his factory in Santiago into bean-to-bar chocolate. The list of ingredients is short: cocoa beans and cane sugar from sustainable cultivation.


Óbolo Chocolate is one of the B corporations and has committed itself to sustainability, transparency and fairness in the manufacture of products. This also includes fair payment and ethical treatment of all people who are involved in the process.
