This unique limited edition Chocolate is made from the rare white Peruvian cocoa Piura Blanco, which is native to this region. This dark chocolate bar has a fruity taste with notes of blackberries, warm spices and nuts. The white cocoa gives this bar a particularly fresh fruitiness thanks to the Piura Blanco bean variety used.

The beans for this bar come from the La Pareja village estate. Don Ramon processes beans from his 120-year-old farm and is the founder of the local producers' association. After a "trial batch", Pump Street Chocolate bought up the entire harvest, because this bar is really something to be proud of, so the cocoa beans will be used up at some point...

This bar honors Dom Ramon, who has been working with Norandino for the last ten years to preserve the rare Piura Blanco cocoa variety. They have concentrated on the reforestation of white cocoa.
