The croissants handmade by Pump Street Bakery taken and the taste captured in the chocolate bar. First, the butter is mixed into the base chocolate and then supplemented with crunchy, browned croissant flakes. Since the Chocolate was made with fresh croissants, we advise you to eat it as soon as possible to get the best of the buttery croissant flavor.

The cacao comes from Hacienda Victoria, a progressive farm known for its responsible stewardship of the land and gentle fermentation that brings out the soft nuttiness of the Arriba Nacional beans.

For this chocolate creation, the dough is handmade in Pump Street 's in-house bakery. The family-owned business is located in Orford, Suffolk in England and is famous for its breads and award-winning chocolates.
