The chocolate has a cocoa content of 66% . The cocoa beans come from Hacienda Limon, Los Rios in Ecuador . Heriloom Cacao is the name of the cocoa variety . It is a historical cultivated plant.

The sourdough for this chocolate creation is handcrafted in Pump Street's in-house bakery . The family business is located in Orford, Suffolk, England and is famous for its breads and award-winning chocolates.

Was für eine seltsam klingende Kombination. Aber sie funktioniert. Eine sehr schöne dunkle überhaupt nicht bittere Schokolade mit knusprigen Sauerteigkrümel und einer schönen Salzigkeit. Eine seltsam klingende Kombination, aber definitiv nicht seltsam im Geschmack.
