The new chocolate by Duane Dove from Tobago Estate Chocolate West Indies. The milk chocolate has 45% cocoa content and is refined with sea salt from Bucco Reef (reef).

The chocolate bar is made by Francois Pralus in France and is only lightly salted.

The island's most famous reef lies in the southwest of Tobago and is a popular tourist attraction. The reefs were created to protect the island from erosion and landslide, they can be found almost everywhere on the coast of Tobago.

Ich bin ja der Meinung, dass diese Tafel die gleiche Schokolade ist wie die Laura von Tobago Estate ist nur mit zusätzlich Salz. Das macht es nicht schlechter, im Gegenteil: auch hier ein herrlich cremiger Karamellgeschmack unterstützt vom Salz und lang anhaltender Schokoladengeschmack !
