Milk of the Stars is a dark milk chocolate with 54% cocoa content made from cocoa from Surabaya on the island of Java in Indonesia. The typical processing of the Criollo cocoa gives the Chocolate a deep, slightly smoky caramel note, which paired with Organic milk as well as the same amount of added sugar as a 70% dark chocolate, results in a milk chocolate full of character, which convinces even demanding connoisseurs.

It was produced from bean to bar in small batches by William Harcourt Cooze at his manufactory in Devon, England.
