70% Kokoa Kamili Tanzania Dunkle Schokolade

Dunkle Schokolade aus Österreich

Die 70% Schokolade besteht aus Trinitario Kakaobohnen. Die Bohnen stammen aus der Kokoa Kamili Kooperation, welche die Kakaobohnen von Farmern aus der Region des südlichen Kilombero Valleys aus Tanzania beziehen. Die Kooperation legt Wert auf eine enge Verbindung mit den Farmern und hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt die Lebens- und Arbeitsbedingungen zu verbessern.

Im Jahr 2011 eröffnete die aus den Niederlanden stammende Marieke Wijne-Slop ihre Schokoladenmanufaktur in Staatz. Staatz liegt im größten Weinbaugebiet Österreichs und ist mit rund 2000 Einwohnern eine kleine Marktgemeinde.

Der Geschmack der Schokolade ist sehr konstrastreich: die holzige Note wird ergänzt durch eine überraschend fruchtige Zitrusgeschmack.

Bei den International Chocolate Awards EUROPA 2016 wurde die 70% ZART Kokoa Mill Tanzania Schokolade mit Silber prämiert.
