Diese dunkle Milchschokolade aus Madagascar ist herrlich cremig. Sie wird von der Kakaobohne bis zur Tafel im Ursprungsland hergestellt und hat weniger Zuckeranteil als die meisten 80% Schokoladen, da der Milchpulveranteil hoch ist und kein Zucker verwendet wird.

In der Schokolade wird nur reine Kakaobutter verwendet, keine Fremdfette oder andere Zusätze. Kakao enthält mehr Antioxidantien als Brokkoli, wussten Sie das?

Der Kakaobutteranteil senkt den glykämischen Index und verhindert, dass der enthaltene Zucker schnell ansteigt. Außerdem ist die Schokolade vegetarisch und glutenfrei. Das verwendete Lecithin wurde aus Sonnenblumen gewonnen und nicht aus Soja.

Geniessen Sie die Schokolade, in dem Sie sie Stück für Stück auf der Zunge zergehen lassen. Lagern Sie die Schokolade an einem kühlen, dunklen Platz; weder im Kühlschrank und auch nicht neben oder in Schränken, wo zum Beispiel Gewürze oder andere stark riechende Sachen aufbewahrt wurden.
