The Laura 45% Dark Milk Chocolate from Tobago Estate Chocolate is made from the Caribbean Trinitario cocoa from the island of Tobago, a sister island of Trinidad, in France by Francois Pralus.
The cocoa is soft and caramel-like with notes of red cherries and dried fruits. A typical Trinitario.From Duane Dove, the owner of the Tobago Estate West Indies plantation, we learned that the name Laura comes from his maternal grandmother who raised him. All his beautiful and warm memories that he has with her are expressed in the chocolate. He dedicated the name of the bar to his grandmother.

Laura 45% Dark Milk Chocolate is one of the best milk chocolates we know and has been awarded several times by the International Chocolate Awards and the Academy of Chocolate.
