Awards
All cocoa beans for the chocolates from our set all come from Africa, from the different areas such as Tanzania, Sierra Leone, Virunga National Park in Congo and Uganda. Or even from the islands of Madagascar and Sao Thomé. The black continent has with the Ivory Coast and Ghana the largest cultivation area in the world. Almost 75% of the world's cocoa harvest comes from here. Nevertheless, the chocolates taste very different, even surprisingly ZART and creamy.
For example, the manufacturer plants Original Beans plants a new (cocoa) tree for every bar of chocolate sold. Eberhard Schell has specialized in chocolate to wine. African wine is particularly aromatic and goes perfectly with dark chocolate. Or Chocolateria Equador, which gets its name from the constant equator crossings from its own plantation on Sao Thomé to Portugal, where production is based. The fine combinations with ginger, lime or candied oranges also give the strong flavor of the dark cocoa its special touch.
