Single Origin Artisan Chocolate , cocoa beans from a specific origin. The Nacional beans come from the Guayas province in the west on the Pacific coast Ecuador. Milk chocolate with 43% cocoa content.

Red Star Chocolate is what Duffy Sheardown calls its company. Before he discovered his passion for chocolate, he built Formula 1 racing cars. Today he is completely committed to chocolate. His passion goes so far that he makes chocolate from the cocoa bean (bean to bar).

The floral "Nacional" beans come from the Camino Verde project. They are roasted and ground on stone in small batches for 60 hours. All ingredients are sustainably grown and handcrafted in Lincolnshire. The chocolate has floral notes with aromas of hazelnut, orange blossom and spices .
