This is a dark chocolate with 80% cocoa content , which nevertheless tastes relatively sweet . The cocoa variety is the Chuncho cocoa , which has been growing in the Urabambatal in the Cusco region near Machu Picchu for centuries. Some of the cocoa trees are up to 200 years old. Because of its many flavors, cocoa is one of the best in the world.

Mild, aromatic cocoa has been selected for this chocolate, so that only a little sugar is needed to create this wonderful chocolate.

Cacaosuyo has set itself the goal of producing the best chocolate in the world. For this chocolate they were awarded gold in 2019 at the International Chocolate Awards Americas and have received
