Dies ist eine dunkle Schokolade mit 80% Kakaogehalt, die trotzdem relativ süß schmeckt. Die Kakaosorte ist der Chuncho Kakao, der im Urabambatal in der Region Cusco beim Machu Picchu schon seit Jahrhunderten wächst. Die Kakaobäume sind teilweise bis zu 200 Jahre alt. Der Kakao zählt wegen seiner vielen Aromen zu den besten der Welt.

Für diese Schokolade wurden milde, aromatische Kakaos ausgesucht, so dass nur ein wenig Zucker nötig ist, um diese wundervolle Schokolade zu schaffen.

Cacaosuyo hat sich vorgenommen die beste Schokolade der Welt herzustellen. Für diese Schokolade wurden sie 2019 mit Gold bei den International Chocolate Awards Americas ausgezeichnet und haben
