Dunkle Schokolade aus Nacional Arriba Bohnen aus Ecuador

Single Origin Artisan Chocolate, Kakaobohnen von bestimmter Herkunft. Die Nacional Bohnen kommen aus der Provinz Guayas im Westen an der Pazifikküste Ecuadors.
Dunkle Schokolade mit 83% Kakaogehalt. Die Kakaobohnen aus dem Camino Verde Projekt werden geröstet und dann 60 Stunden lang auf Stein gemahlen. Die Schokolade hat intensive, warme Noten von Zitrone, Rosinen und Kaffee.

Red Star Chocolate nennt Duffy Sheardown seine Unternehmen. Bevor er seine Passion für Schokolade entdeckt hat, baute er Formel 1 Rennwagen. Heute hat er sich ganz der Schokolade verschrieben. Seine Leidenschaft geht soweit, dass er die Schokolade von der Kakaobohne an (bean to bar) herstellt.

Alle Zutaten sind aus nachhaltigem Anbau und in Lincolnshire, England von Hand verarbeitet worden.
