With an exceptionally high cocoa content of 50% , the milk chocolate consists exclusively of the light, characteristic cocoa beans from the Mangaro plantation in the northwest of the island of Madagascar in the Indian Ocean. The cocoa beans that come from there masterfully combine notes of caramel, exotic fruits, gingerbread and honey , which are perfected in a finale of Smyrna raisins . The flavors are additionally supported by the addition of whole milk.

A family business of confectioners and chocolatiers in the third generation from Normandy.
