Tiroler Edle Purissima 75% - aus der Reihe die süßthematische Steigerung des Geschmacks. Von Hand gefertigte Schokolade.

Die Schokolade wird zu  einem Teil mit Milchpulver anstelle von Zucker gefertigt. Es bleibt immer noch eine dunkle Schokolade, aber weniger süß und mit einem Schuss Milch.

Mund auf, Augen zu für unsere neue "purissima". Sie ist das Ergebnis der Zusammenarbeit von Domori, dem innovativsten Schokoladenhersteller Europas, und der Tiroler Edlen. Domori verwendet für die Kuvertüre dieser Schokolade Trinitario Kakaobohnen, eine Kreuzung von Criollo- und Forasteropflanzen, die er in Venezuela auf der Hacinda San José selbst anbaut. Die Milch für die "purissima" liefert wie immer das Tiroler Grauvieh.

Kakaobohne: Rio Caribe Superior (Trinitario). Aromen erinnern an Erdnüsse, reife Früchte, Tabak.

Dunkle Schokolade ohne Sojalecithin.
