The Junin region is located in the middle of the Andes. The region has nine provinces, including the province of Junin with the capital of the same name, Junin. It is located in the north of the region. The region is very mountainous, which is not surprising given its location in the Andes.

Chaska means star in the Quechua language, the indigenous language of the Incas. A symbol of confidence and hope.

The chocolate is very creamy and only subtly roasted. The flavors are mild and reminiscent of lime and other fruits such as figs, but also the scent of roses. You have to let this chocolate melt slowly on your tongue to fully appreciate it.

Qantu Chaska 70% chocolate from Junin in the Andes is best enjoyed pure.
