Vollmilchschokolade aus Papua Neuguinea

Lagenschokolade aus Papua Neu Guinea 38%. Feine Citrusnoten und Meersalz vom Atlantik bereichern das Aroma der Milchschokolade. Schokolade von natürlicher vollmundiger Frische. Diese Geschmacksaromen finden sich im Rieslingwein wieder. Die Ingredienzien holen den Riesling quasi am Gaumen ab und bieten ihm einen Geschmacksbogen der fasziniert. Kreation von Sommelier Claudia Stern Köln und Eberhard Schell. Sie empfehlen dazu trockenen Riesling bis hin zu edelsüßen Rieslingen.
