Dunkle Schokolade aus Kolumbianischen Kakaobohnen

Diese schönen Trinitariobohnen hat Willie Harcourt im tiefsten Dschungel an Kolumbiens Grenze zu Venezuela gefunden. Leichte Kirsch- und  Zwetschgennoten finden sich in dieser Schokolade wieder. Willie ist ein Bean to Bar Hersteller, der Schokolade nur deshalb selbst herstellt, weil er nur so die Unterschiede auf best mögliche Art und Weise heraus arbeiten kann.

Die Schokolade wird ohne Lezithin in der Manufaktur in Devon in England hergestellt.  Genießen Sie diese außergewöhnliche San Augustin Gold 88% Schokolade zu einem kräftigen Glas Rotwein.
