Willie Harcourt found these beautiful Trinitarian beans in the deepest jungle on Colombia's border with Venezuela. Light cherry and Plum notes can be found in this chocolate. Willie is a bean to bar manufacturer who only makes chocolate himself because that's the only way he can work out the differences in the best possible way.
